Udit Gogoi, Kristi Boro of Assam storm into Quarter Finals

GUWAHATI: Udit Gogoi and Kristi Boro of Assam stormed into the quarterfinals in the Boys and Girls U-18 years singles event respectively of the ongoing ITF World Junior Ranking Tennis tournament at the All Assam Tennis Association Complex, here today. In the boys U-18 singles, dit defeated Quoc Vo of Vietnam in straight sets 6-4, 6-1. In the girls U-18 singles wild card entrant Kristi Boro of Assam easily defeated Riyah Dugar of India 6-1, 6-2. All the other Assam players lost their matches in the singles event.
