Sahana Begum of Assam wins gold in National Para Swimming Championship

Guwahati: Sahana Begum of Assam won gold medal in the XXII National Para Swimming Championship which got under way at the Zakir Hussain Aquatic Complex here today. Sahana participated in 100mts Free Style.

The inaugural function of the meet was held in the afternoon and it was attended by Paralympic Committee of India's president Deepa Malik, secretary Gursharan Singh, Alok Khare, Secretary General of School Games Federation and Antara Gogoi, Joint Director of Sports and Youth Welfare.
