Shan Masood, Shaheen Afridi named Pakistan Test, T20I captain

LAHORE: Shan Masood and Shaheen Afridi were named Pakistan captain for Test and T20s, respectively after Babar Azam stepped down from the post. Earlier today, Babar quit four days after his team’s elimination from the World Cup, where the former champions finished fifth.

Newly appointed Test captain, Masood, has scored 1597 runs in 30 matches. On the other hand, Afridi has played 52 T20Is and has taken 64 wickets. Agencies
