UEFA Champions League 2021: Barcelona Beat Dynamo Kyiv by 1-0

Kyiv: Barcelona on Wednesday got relief as they managed to keep their hope alive with a win against Dynamo Kyiv by 1-0.

In past, Barcelona performance was not up to the mark and they were almost on the verge of elimination after losing to Bayern Munich and Benfica.

Ronald Koeman's players had no choice but to lose, especially knowing that either Bayern Munich or Benfica would lose points as they face each other later Wednesday night.

However, before the half-time, the Barcelona fans got a reason to celebrate as they witness the first goal from the hit by Gerard Pique. The defender connected himself with the ball accurately and gave Barcelona his first goal which also saved them from losing the match as well it saved them from elimination.

The team retained possession confidently in the second half with the introduction of Philippe Coutinho aiding that endeavour, but there wasn't particularly any real thrust about the hosts.

Dynamo Kyiv hot a free-kick chance in the 86th minute on the edge of Blaugrana penalty box but they failed convert it into a goal.
