UEFA Champions League: Juventus Beat Zenit By 4-2

New Delhi: Juventus has advanced to the knockout stage of the Champions League after defeating Zenit St Petersburg 4-2 on Wednesday.

Argentina forward Paulo Dybala, scored twice helping Juventus to book a berth in the knockout stage. He helped Juventus to get a lead in the first-half but defender Leonardo Bonucci then headed into his own net.

Before Alvaro Morata hit a fourth goal, Dybala had already made it 2-1 from the spot and later scored third one.

Seeing a tough fight, the Zenit forward Sardar Azmoun managed to hit a goal in stoppage time which to some extend control the damage which they suffered from back to back goal.

However, Juventus's attacking quality continued and proved far too much in Italy.

Both Dybala and Chiesa were extreme throughout the game. Meanwhile Argentine could have scored a hat-trick which could have been a truing point of the match.

In the first half, Morata also had a goal ruled out for offside; however, he was rewarded for his efforts after he was played in Dybala for Juventus's foruth.

After this win, the Juventus promoted from Group H with four wins from four, while with three points, Zenit sit third.
