Uttam Singh to lead India team for FIH Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup

NEW DELHI: Hockey India on Tuesday named the Indian team for the highly anticipated FIH Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup, set to take place from December 5 to 16 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The team will be led by Uttam Singh while Araijeet Singh Hundal will be his deputy.

India finds itself in an exciting Pool C alongside Canada, Korea, and Spain. Their journey commences on December 5 with a clash against Korea, followed by battles against Spain and Canada on December 7 and 9, respectively. IANS
