Guwahati in good position

Guwahati: Guwahati are on the verge to win their first game against Morigaon in the final round of the Nuruddin Inter District Cricket tournament at the ACA stadium, Barsapara. In reply to Morigaon's first innings total 132, Guwahati today declared their first innings 310-6. Erik Roy scored 150 and Gokul Sarma contributed 80. Morigaon were 76-6 in their second innings at stumps on Day II.

The 2nd day's play of other three games in different venues in the city called off due to wet fields.
