Royal Global In Final

Guwahati: Royal Global Academy entered into the final of the TOPCEM-ASJA Inter-School and Academy Cricket Championship defeating South Point School by 9 wickets in the last group League match held at the Nehru stadium here today. Elected to bat, South Point school were bowled out 54 in 16.4 overs. Khush Singh (19) was the top scorer. Royal Global Academy took 8.2 overs to reach the target. Om Upadhyay and Zunaid Shah remained not out on 29 and 15 runs respectively.

Two former first class cricketers Rajinder Singh and Nasir Gul Khan today visited the stadium during the match and also interacted with the players.

Meanwhile the other finalist will be decided tomorrow as the result of today's other match, that was played between River Rine Cricket Coaching Centre and We R North East, is being withheld following a dispute over the match. The tournament committee will give its ruling tomorrow. The final match will be played on Thursday.
