Chelsea Sign Aston Villa Midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka For £20m

London: Chelsea on Thursday announced that they have signed midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka from Aston Villa on a six-year contract. The development comes after Chelsea had reached an agreement with Villa for Chukwuemeka's permanent switch to Stamford Bridge, earlier this week.

The 18-year-old midfield all-rounder recently helped England to glory at the Under-19 European Championship, scoring in the final against Israel. He featured in every game for the young Lions and earned a place in UEFA's Team of the Tournament following a series of eye-catching performances.
