ITF Masters Tennis tournament: 3 seeded players bow out

GUWAHATI: Three seeded players crashed out in the singles event of the ongoing ITF Masters Tennis tournament at The All Assam Tennis Association complex here today. In the +35 singles event top seed Samrat Mahanta and second seed Rupjit Bharali were ousted by their unseeded opponent. Samrat lost to Chandra Sekhar Mohanty and Rupjit was beaten by Rahul Buragohain. In the +45 singles event 2nd seed Anupam Choudhury lost to unseeded Davinder Singh Saini in three grueling sets.
