Manan Nath in U-16 final of OIL-AITA Super Series Tennis Championship

GUWAHATI: Manan Nath of Assam cruised into the boys U-16 singles final defeating second seed Keshav Goel of West Bengal in straight sets 7-6(4), 6-4 in the OIL-AITA Super Series Tennis Championship held at the Chachal Tennis Complex here today. However, Manan lost the boys under 18 semi finals to Tanissh Ghildyal of Karnataka in a gruelling three setter 1-6, 7-5, 2-6.

In the girls U-16 and 18 singles events Saijayani Banerjee of West Bengal will fight it out for double crown tomorrow. All the final matches of the tournament will be held on Friday.
