DIPR, Dispur invites tender for supply of Audio Visual Equipment & its accessories

Sealed e-Tender in two bid system affixing court fee stamp of 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only invited from intending Manufacturers or their Authorized Dealer/Distributor for supply of Audio Visual Equipment & its accessories as mentioned in the bidding document. The bidding document is available online and the bid should be submitted online on website https://assamtenders.gov.in

Date of release of Invitation for Bids through e-procurement : 15.08.2020.

Availability of Bid Documents and mode of submission: The bid document is available online from 15.08.20 to 31.08.20 and the bid should be submitted online in https://assamtenders.gov.in. The bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the authorized Certifying Authorities as indicated in the website: https://assamtenders.gov.in.

The bidders are required to submit - (a) Copy of receipt towards the cost of bid document and (b) original bid security in the form provided in the bidding document and (c) Original copy of the technical bid to the Director of Information and Public Relations, Assam, on or before the last date of submission, either by registered post or by hand, failing which the bids shall be declared non-responsive and summarily rejected. Work completion period : 90 days from the date of issue of work order. Last Date/ Time for receipt of bids through e-procurement and submission of hard copy: 31.08.20 up to 2.00 P.M.
