CANCELLATION NOTICE OF INVITING TENDER

It is for general information to all concerned that the NOTICE INVITING TENDER for execution of (1) 26.0 Ha. Erection of fencing of Sal Coppice Management at Dohikata RF under Goalpara Range (2) 24.0 Ha. Erection of fencing of Sal Coppice Management at Dohikata RF under Goalpara Range (3) 10.0 Ha. Erection of fencing of Sal Coppice Management at Dohikata RF under Goalpara Range (4) 25.0 Ha. Erection of fencing of Sal Coppice Management at Guriajhar RF under Central Range, Krishnai (5) 50.0 Ha. Erection of fencing, Infrastructure in plantation area of Afforestation at Kanyakuchi RF under Rongjuli Range and (6) 50.0 Ha. Advance work of Afforestation at Kanyakuchi RF under Rongjuli Range all under CAMPA Scheme, published in the news paper "The Assam Tribune" on 4th December, 2020 have been cancelled due to some technical problems which was discussed and decided in the meeting of CAMPA held on 08/01/2021 at the Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Head of Forest Force, Assam, Panjabari, Guwahati. The Tenderers who submitted their Tender papers are requested to collect their earnest money from the office of the undersigned during office working day and hours. Re-Tender is being called very shortly publishing for wide circulation inviting intending tenderers accordingly.
