(SHORT NOTICE INVITING RE-QUOTATION)

Sealed quotations affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty-five) only are invited from the authorized Manufacturers / Authorized Dealers/ Suppliers for fixation of rates for supply of Computer and accessories as detailed in the scheduled enclosed, which will be received in the office of the undersigned up to 2 P.M. on 28.10.2020 and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. in the same place & date by the undersigned or officers authorized to open in presence of the intending Quotationers or their authorizcd agents who wish to be present in compliance with Covid protocol.

In case any unavoidable circumstances or any Govt. holiday declared on that day, then the quotations will be received and opened on the next working day at the same place and time. Quotationers to be submitted on the Printed pad of the firm against the items mentioning detailed specifications.

Terms and Conditions :-

Rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes. Any correction should be duly signed /initiated.

The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest quotation.

Detailed particulars including terms and conditions may be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day upto 12.00 Noon of 28.10.2020.
