PWD, (R&B) Circle, Kokrajhar invites tender for restoration work

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed lenders affixing a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees Eight & paise twenty five) Only with a validity of 180 days, which will subsequently to be convereted and drawn up in the printed E-2 form are invited from the registered contractors of Class-I (A,B,C); Class-II Category registered under PWD (Road) Department, Assam and Bodoland Territorial Council, according to their eligibility for submitting tenders for the work as stated below. The tenders will be received by the undersigned upto 2.00 PM on 21-08-2020 and will be opened on the same date & place at 2.15 PM.

Detail N.I.T. may be seen in all working days in the office of the undersigned Tender paper will be issued to the contractor or their authorized agent upto 12 Noon on all working days from 17-08-2020 to 21-08-2020 in the office of the undersigned on payment in the form of Demand Draft; Banker's Cheque, duly pledged to the Principal Secretary Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar The contractor should submit attested copy of Registration Certificate for the year 2019-20/ 2020-21 latest clearance certificate of Income Tax and Sales Tax, GST, along with the tenders. In case the office remain closed on the tender receiving/opening the same will be received/opened on the next working day.
