Arunachal Pradesh lawmaker Ninong Ering appeals Centre to put up a case against China

ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh lawmaker Ninong Ering has appealed to the Centre to put up a case in the International forums like ICJ against China for waging bio war and ask for compensation to the tune of $22 billion.
