74 die of COVID in Assam on Thursday, 6,573 new cases detected

GUWAHATI: Seventy-four people died of COVID-19 in the State on Thursday when as many as 6,573 people tested positive. In Kamrup (M) district, 1084 new cases were detected, 490 in Dibrugarh, 477 in Nagaon and 432 in Kamrup. To date as many as 51,818 active COVID-19 cases are the State. As many as 3,071 patients were discharged on Thursday after recovery.
