Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma greets people on New Year

GUWAHATI: Assam's Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday extended New Year greetings to the people of the state. Sarma said in a statement that the New Year provides fresh impetus and inspiration to people for moving ahead in their lives. He also urged the residents of Assam to work with renewed vigour in the New Year to ensure overall development and progress of the state.
