Assam COVID graph: 1,065 fresh cases detected on Wednesday

GUWAHATI: As many as 1,065 fresh COVID-19 cases were detected in the State on Wednesday when 19 people died of the pandemic. While the positivity rate in the State during the day was 0.89 per cent, the recovery rate was 96.92 per cent. The highest number of positive cases was 181 in Kamrup Metro district. It was followed by Lakhimpur with 71 cases, Barpeta 63 and Nalbari with 56 cases.
