Assam girl Shilpa Khanikar cracks UPSC exam

GUWAHATI: Guwahati resident Shilpa Khanikar has secured the 506th All India Rank in the 2021 Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil services exam. Khanikar is a resident of Hatigaon in the city. She cleared the UPSC civil services exam in her third attempt. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar College.
