Assam Government approves power subsidies for Jeevan Dhara & Domestic A category consumers

The State Government has approved power subsidies for Jeevan Dhara and Domestic A category consumers. While Jeevan Dhara consumers will get a power subsidy at the rate of Re 1 per unit up to 45 units per month, Domestic A consumers will get a subsidy of 75 paise per unit up to 120 units per month. The APDCL will adjust the power subsidies in the new bills. Domestic A consumers consume 0.5 KW to 5 KW power per month. For details, consumers can contact APDCL.
