'Assam has lowest mortality rate': Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma

TEZPUR: Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma said here on Sunday that at present, Assam has the lowest mortality rate in the country.

Meanwhile, Meanwhile, Himanta tweeted on Sunday evening, "Four more COVID-19 patients succumbed to their infections today: Mridula Ghosh (54) of Karimganj, Tilak Chandra Das (50) of Kamrup Metro, Santa Sarkar (62) of Tinsukia and Samir Phukan (52) of Jorhat.
