Assam registers 2,433 new COVID cases with deaths 34 on Tuesday

GUWAHATI: Thirty four people died of the COVID-19 in the State on Tuesday when 2,433 new cases were detected out of 1,00,262 tests conducted. The overall positivity rate in the State during the day was 2.43 per cent. The recovery rate was 94.45 per cent. 203 new positive cases were detected in Kamrup (M) district during the day.
