GUWAHATI: The BJP Assam Pradesh has expelled as many as 15 leaders of the party, including MLA Dilip Paul, for contesting the Assembly election against official party candidates and indulging in anti-party activities.

The expelled leaders of the party, according to a notification issued by State BJP general secretary Rajdeep Roy, are – Dilip Kumar Paul (Silchar), Rao Gajendra Singh (Naoboicha), Priyanka Neog (Chabua), Lakheswar Moran (Doomdooma), Tarun Sahu (Dhekiajuli), Thoiba Singh (Lakhipur), Ashish Haldar (Sonai), Khitish Ranjan Paul (Hailakandi), Ramkumar Nunia (Katlichera), Manoj Mohan Dev (Hailakandi), Seema Ingtipi (Baithalangsu), Hemanta Adhikari (Borsola), Debojit Moran (Doomdooma), Rakesh Kishan (Doomdooma) and Dilip Bey (Diphu).
