Cheaper Home Loans as Reserve Bank of India cuts lending rates

MUMBAI: The lowering of key lending rates by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Thursday has come as a pleasant surprise for homebuyers as it can lead to a monthly saving of about Rs 800 in the EMI on a home loan of Rs 50 lakh for 20 years. (IANS)
