COVID Vaccine Shortage: Contrary to Health Department's assurances that there would not be any dearth of COVID vaccines for beneficiaries of second doses of vaccines, persons whose second dose date has expired are left high and dry as COVID vaccination centres kept their shutters down without any notification in Tinsukia.
