Gauhati High Court debars APSC to hold CCE (Main)

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court has asked the APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) not to hold the Combined Competitive Examination (Main) without permission from the court.

The High Court issued this direction after hearing a PIL (83/2021) by Advocate Siddhartha Sarma challenging the Cabinet decision to withdraw the qualifying language paper (Assamese, Bengali and Bodo).
