Gauhati High Court rejected bail pleas of former APSC chairman Rakesh Paul

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court on Friday rejected the bail pleas of former APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) chairman Rakesh Paul and member Basanta Doley.
