Hold TET Exam Within A Month: Gauhati High Court

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court on Thursday directed the State government to hold the TET examination within a month while staying the recruitment process for 4,067 posts of graduate and postgraduate teachers in Secondary and Higher Secondary schools across the State. Altogether 33 petitioners had approached the court stating that the Government had floated the advertisement for the posts without holding any TET examination since 2012.
