Do you ever detect any irregularities in fair-price shops? If there are any, you can avail of the online grievance redressal system. For redressing consumers' grievances, the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumers Affairs Department has given two toll-free numbers – 1967 for BSNL users and 18003453611 for other users. If a consumer complains to the department through any of these two mobile numbers, the department will take action after an investigation.
