Padma Shri Awards to Hemoprova Chutia, Hemchandra Goswami & Ramkuiwangbe Jene

GUWAHATI: The President of India approved the conferment of Padma Shri Awards to Hemoprova Chutia (Art), Hemchandra Goswami and Ramkuiwangbe Jene (Social Work) on Assam on the eve of the Republic Day.
