Sarbananda Sonowal's assurance to complete construction of Majuli-Jorhat bridge

Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal has asserted that the Centre is fully committed to complete construction of the bridge connecting Majuli with Jorhat.

GUWAHATI: Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal has asserted that the Centre is fully committed to complete construction of the bridge connecting Majuli with Jorhat. Sonowal, while expressing grief over the Wednesday's ferry mishap at Nimatighat in Jorhat, told reporters here on Thursday that the bridge would be constructed at all cost.
