Steps to check voters' list online

You can check your name in the voters list by visiting the 'National Voters Service Portal' of the 'Election Commission of India' – www.nvsp.in.

Click at 'download Electoral Roll PDF'. Select your State, district, LAC (Legislative Assembly Constituency), Polling Station, and click either 'Mother Roll or Supplement Roll' whichever you want.

Then you have to solve a simple arithmetical problem and enter the result. Next, click at 'View Roll'. The entire Mother Roll/Supplement Roll will appear on the screen.

To search the Electoral Roll, click 'Search by details' where you will have to enter your name, father's/husband's name, date of birth, gender, State, district and Assembly Constituency.

Clicking your Assembly constituency you will get the whole lot of polling booths of the constituency. When you click the polling booth you belong to, you will finally get the electoral roll of your booth centre.
