Wine shops to open from 9 to 11 AM from Sunday

GUWAHATI: From Sunday in urban areas and areas within a radius of five km from urban boundaries wine shops will open from 9 to 11 in the morning. However, in rural areas such shops will open from 9 am as usual. This has been made keeping an eye of the partial lockdown declared in urban areas in the State.
