Brahmaputra Fast Reaching Danger Level in Guwahati

Ferry services on Brahmaputra has been stopped for two days — June 22-24 due to rising water levels in the Brahmaputra river. Another metre and the mighty river would be flowing above the danger level mark in Guwahati. The level is rising one centimetre every hour, official sources said.
