COVID positive patient's wife complains of Poor medical care at Tezpur Medical College

A COVID-19 patient's wife has complained about poor medical care at Tezpur Medical College. The wife of a COVID positive patient from Biswanath Chariali Santipur has complained of oxygen shortage and lack of medical care facilities. The patient's name is Ratan Mandal. Mandal and his wife tested positive for the infection on May 9 and due to critical health condition Mandal was admitted to Tezpur Medical College.
